I’m shaking from nerves.
I made a mistake.
I drank way too much coffee late at night.
Bad idea.
So I’m going to take a shower and go for a drive.
Hopefully that settles me down a bit.
Funny enough…
I didn’t always love coffee.
An ex of mine got me hooked.
A year ago I decided I wanted to try grinding my own beans.
I kept hearing people say fresh coffee tasted better.
So I bought a coffee maker that grinds the beans before brewing them.
Now…
It’s become a ritual.
Grinding the beans.
Waiting.
Listening.
That first smell drifting through my little studio.
Some purchases aren’t really purchases.
They quietly become part of your life.
Good morning to all.
Question
Has an ordinary purchase ever quietly changed part of your daily life?
