Morning.
It’s a quiet morning.
Feet up on my ottoman, laptop on my lap, Area 52 podcast playing in the background.
In the past, I only lived reacting to everything that happened to me. I never stopped to ask why I reacted the way I did.
Over time, I’ve learned—or at least I think I’ve learned—that questioning your feelings, your reactions, even your personality traits, can lead you down the rabbit hole.
We’re constantly taking in information unconsciously. Little by little, it shapes the way we see the world. It shapes our viewfinder.
We’re all looking at the same world, but each of us is looking through a different viewfinder.
Maybe that’s why people can stand in the same room, witness the same event, and walk away with completely different stories.
Enjoy your coffee.
Question:
What has shaped the way you see the world?
