If you had to give one life-changing tip, what would it be?

July 24, 2026 – 10:00 a.m.

Good morning…

and good morning to the intangible day.

I complain.

I’m happy.

Then I’m not happy.

Then I accept.

Not necessarily in that order.

It moves around…

depending on the day.

I once heard someone say…

all great things begin small.

Ironically…

it was in the movie Prometheus.

I know…

a movie quote.

But it made sense to me.

For most of my life…

I was overweight.

Then one day I listened.

“Eat what fits in your hand.

Eat white meat.

Red meat.

Greens.

Drink plenty of water.

And don’t cheat more than one meal a week.”

“Okay, Doc.”

From November 17…

until today…

I’ve lost thirty-six pounds.

I didn’t even notice.

Then one day someone said,

“Hey…

you look different.

You’ve lost a lot of weight.”

I smiled.

“Really?”

I still look the same to me.

Thank you.

My coffee is brewing.

Drink up.

And enjoy your beautiful day.
