Today is a great day to say hello, again.
How many hellos will I have before it’s “see you later?”
Thoughts…
Wow.
Things said by the outside world.
Things said by you.
Then, possibly, the evolution of the monster that crushes you.
Boom.
There is no universal advice given by anyone.
But I like to look at my thoughts and ask:
Why?
Why do I hurt me when the world hurts me already?
Help…
I’ll try to help me every day.
Can we win today?
Right now?
I brushed my teeth for two solid minutes.
I made my bed.
I wrote a list of things to do.
I am winning.
Small victories add up.
Now the monster can see…
He’s getting spicy.
Rain and thunder…
Please take a break for a bit.
Coffee is done brewing.
Enjoy the smell.
