“I stopped eating what felt good”

Daily writing prompt
What is your favorite restaurant?

Honestly, I’m not a fancy eater.

My “favorite restaurants,” if you can even call them that, used to be fast food.

Carl’s Jr.

McDonald’s.

Fatburger.

But since November 17…

that whole way of eating is done.

No bread.

No tortillas.

No sodas.

No juices.

No fried food.

All of that is out.

Now?

I eat a lot more CAVA.

It tastes good.

It’s simple.

And it actually does something better for my body.

Build-your-own bowl.

Meat. Vegetables. Dressing.

That’s become my go-to while I’m out doing deliveries.

So I guess my real answer is this:

I went from eating whatever felt good in the moment…

to eating what actually serves me.

Not a sexy answer.

But it’s the truth.
