“Before the Mind Can Name It”
I think in three years, we’ll definitely be older — that’s the only guarantee.
But beyond that, I see myself as a paid artist. Maybe not where I imagined, but somewhere that surprises me. Maybe touring with different kinds of people — creatives, thinkers, survivors — the kind who understand that art isn’t just made, it’s lived.
Because sometimes what you want doesn’t happen the way you planned.
Sometimes it happens better — in a way you couldn’t have written.
Maybe by then, I’ll be married. Maybe a kid in the mix. Who knows.
I don’t even have a girlfriend right now. But I’ve been talking with my brother about faith — that deep belief in something your mind can’t yet prove, but your body already knows.
The nervous system picks up truths before the brain can name them.
That’s what I call the gut.
It’s not just instinct — it’s the spirit’s early warning that something real is on the way.
