“Thinking about”

What part of you survived before you knew how to protect it?

July 3, 2026 — 11:01 a.m.

I am always thinking about…

How do I get better?

I often let my unhappiness grow because I could never become the version of me that I wanted to love.

But…

It’s me.

It will always be me.

I’ve learned that you have to watch the blade of grass grow.

My brother, Victor, is here visiting from Mexico.

He’ll be here for a month.

He asks me a lot of questions.

“How do you deal with anxiety?”

“How do you view being stuck?”

Things like that.

I’ll sit there in my blue chair and think…

I like to play with my thoughts.

I like to explore them because I enjoy it.

The byproduct seems to be that I create systems that help me.

Victor…

Explore.

And protect your ability to make mistakes.

Mistakes are data.

Data needed for your exploration.

Time to drink my cup of hot coffee.
