“Feed the Good.”

What principles define how you live?

The principles that define how I live are simple.

Small victories add up to big victories.

Don’t look backward—you’re just feeding the bad.

Look forward. Feed the good.

You stack enough of the good, and you start to build a better life.

There’s no time for bitterness, no room for hate.

Those things only starve the spirit.

Everything matters.

Take in the moment.

Take in the people around you—because one day, you’ll all be gone.

Writing is thinking.

Writing is expressing.

Writing is survival.

It’s the most important tool you can have to reprogram your mind.

It’s your Time Machine.
