What does it mean to be a kid at heart?
To me, being a kid at heart means saying hello to anyone — not because of who they are, but because you genuinely want to.
You’re curious, you’re open, you’re alive in that moment.
As adults, we get too preoccupied with how others might see us.
But most of the time, what we think they’re thinking isn’t even real — it’s just our own projections, our own nerves echoing back at us.
To be a kid at heart is to drop all that.
To say hello — simple, curious, and unafraid.
