“The Flesh That Lets Us Walk”

What’s something you believe everyone should know.

We are a speck among many specks —

a grain of sand in the endless shore of humanity,

earth, and all that breathes upon it.

And yet, we are magic.

We are the spacemen walking.

The soul is the conductor.

The flesh is the spacesuit.

Without it, we cannot walk the earth.

With it, we live, we create, we feel.

It’s the suit of life —

made of nerves, organs, and rhythm,

working without our command,

moving even when we forget its wonder.

Take care of it.

Honor it.

Enjoy the ride.
